Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Location: New York, NY 10029
Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)
Schedule: Day Shift, Mon – Fri
1) 7 AM – 3 PM or 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
2) 8 AM – 4 PM
3) 10 AM – 6 PM
Department: Nuclear Medicine
Pay Rate: $80 - $85/hr. on W2 (Travel and Local differential – Stipend provided)
Note: STIPEND IS ALSO PROVIDED TO THE CANDIDATE LIVING MORE THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY.

Job Summary:
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for Nuclear Lab operation, including testing equipment, educating patients and families regarding the procedures, and performing the procedures in accordance with all applicable policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved Nuclear Medicine Program.
- 1-2 years as Nuclear Med Technologist
- BLS - AHA
- Must be registered with the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board - Nuclear Medicine Tech (NMT) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - Nuclear Medicine Technology (N).
- Must possess an active license from the State of New York Department of Health.
- ARRT or NMTCB Certification in Nuclear Medicine and Post Secondary Certification in Computed Tomography
- Maintains technical competency through continued education.
