Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)

Pay Range: $60 – $65/hr. on W2

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ABO/Rh blood typing and ensure accurate patient/donor compatibility.
- Conduct antibody screening and identification for safe transfusions.
- Execute crossmatching procedures to confirm blood unit compatibility.
- Prepare, label, and issue blood components like RBCs, plasma, and platelets.
- Operate and maintain automated analyzers and follow all QC protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- Active NY State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license.
- At least 1 year of recent experience, working as Lab tech in a hospital-based Blood Bank
- BLS preferred.
- Ability to work independently in high-volume, urgent-care environments.
