Patient Services Representative II (Phlebotomist)
Location: Denton, TX
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM
Duration: 4 months

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Patient Services Representative II, serving as the frontline contact for patients. You will expertly draw and prepare blood samples for lab testing, ensuring patient comfort and accuracy. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills—including pediatric and geriatric collections—and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and process forensic and clinical specimens following protocols

• Verify patient information and ensure accurate labeling

• Maintain records and uphold confidentiality

• Promote a positive patient experience and professional environment

• Adapt to flexible assignments across locations as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant/paramedic training preferred

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in some states)

• Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric patients

• Strong customer service and data entry skills

• Reliable transportation and flexible to work varied locations with minimal notice
