Phlebotomist II

Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Locations: Houston, Cypress, Arlington, TX, and nearby areas
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM Central
Duration: 3+ months

Role Summary:
Under area supervisor direction, the PSR II is the face of our company, providing quality blood draws and specimen processing in a safe, professional, and accurate manner. You’ll verify patient info, maintain records, and ensure excellent patient experience while adhering to protocols and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy (forensic & clinical) confidently and accurately

• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture

• Maintain documentation and promote a positive image to patients and staff

• Work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Travel to multiple locations as needed with flexible hours

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (medical assistant or paramedic training preferred)

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

• Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric and geriatric)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed
