Phlebotomist II
Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Location: Spring, TX
Duration: 4 Months
Shift: Mon–Thurs 7:30am–4:30pm; Fri 7:30am–12:30pm; Every Other Sat 7:30am–12:30pm
(1-hour lunch; half day during week when working weekend)
The PSR II serves as the primary point of contact for patients in a Family Medicine Practice. Responsible for performing accurate venipuncture and capillary collections (pediatric, geriatric, and adult), specimen labeling, processing, and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing.

Verify patient demographics and obtain signatures to confirm accurate labeling.

Maintain records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.

Collect patient payments and provide excellent customer service.

Support daily operations in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Travel to multiple locations as needed.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
-
1–3 years phlebotomy experience (pediatric & geriatric required).

Strong data entry and customer service skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
