Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Location: Spring, TX
Duration: 4 Months
Shift: Mon–Thurs 7:30am–4:30pm; Fri 7:30am–12:30pm; Every Other Sat 7:30am–12:30pm
(1-hour lunch; half day during week when working weekend)

The PSR II serves as the primary point of contact for patients in a Family Medicine Practice. Responsible for performing accurate venipuncture and capillary collections (pediatric, geriatric, and adult), specimen labeling, processing, and documentation in accordance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing.

• Verify patient demographics and obtain signatures to confirm accurate labeling.

• Maintain records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.

• Collect patient payments and provide excellent customer service.

• Support daily operations in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Travel to multiple locations as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience (pediatric & geriatric required).

• Strong data entry and customer service skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
