Job Title: Portfolio & Lifecycle Manager

Location: Onsite Torrance, CA
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Flexible)
Max Pay Rate: $48.00/hour
Reporting To: Portfolio Leader
Department: Product Management and Strategy




Position Summary:

The Portfolio & Lifecycle Manager Accessories will lead the execution of the OpCo s product lifecycle management strategy and define a strategic vision for the accessories portfolio. This role is focused on portfolio optimization, vendor relationship enhancement, and ensuring data accuracy and market relevance.

This is an on-site role based in Torrance, CA.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute product lifecycle management strategies, including obsolescence planning, cost optimization, and seamless product transitions.
  • Drive strategic direction for the accessories portfolio, including optimization initiatives and supplier relationship development.
  • Manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure data integrity across the accessories portfolio to support accurate decision-making and efficient operations.
  • Maintain portfolio readiness by updating collateral, technical documentation, and digital content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align cost, lifecycle, and operational priorities.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to maximize technical and commercial value.



Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or product lifecycle management.
  • Proven success managing a technical product portfolio, ideally in life sciences or analytical chemistry.
  • Experience with third-party life science accessories is a plus.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable portfolio strategies.
  • High attention to detail and strong execution discipline.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% globally, including overnight trips.
