Hybrid schedule: Onsite Tuesday & Wednesday (flexibility required if onsite days change)
Schedule:

Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the full technology workstream for complex initiatives, coordinating across product vendors, service vendors, and internal business partners. This role requires strong leadership, structured project planning, and the ability to manage multiple technology domains simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational and operational goals.
The position is hybrid, with onsite presence required to support collaboration with cross-functional teams, service transition activities, and architecture and design review processes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end technology workstream across multiple vendors and internal client teams.

Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans using Microsoft Project.

Coordinate dependencies, milestones, risks, and deliverables across diverse technology domains.

Provide weekly status reports to both operational teams and management, including progress updates, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

Support and adapt quickly to Service Transition Planning & Support activities.

Coordinate with and support Quality Design and Architecture Review Team processes.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within Product, and aligned with client processes and standards.

Proactively identify issues, escalate when appropriate, and drive resolution independently.
