Job Title: Chiller Technician – Chilled Water Systems
Location: Chapel Hill, NC 27514
Duration: 6+ Months

Duties to include:
- Large industrial type chiller maintenance to include preventive and predictive maintenance on centrifugal chillers.
- Make necessary repairs as needed on the centrifugal chillers.
- Perform refrigerant leak checks.
- Learn and understand the functions of Chiller control panel.
- Need electrical knowledge.
- Need to have Universal EPA 608 certification.
- York and Carrier chiller experience needed.
- Computer skills and be able to perform basic functions on multiple software programs.
- Microsoft office, Maximo (work management) and Tim’s (timekeeping) will be used daily.
- Climbs ladders and lift over 50 pounds.
- Always Wear proper PPE in Chiller Plants.
