Duration: 6 months
Shift: M-F 6a-3:00p & Rotational Saturdays 6:30a-11:00a

Overview:
The PSR I is the face of the company, providing a positive and professional experience for patients during lab visits. Responsibilities include drawing high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens for testing, and ensuring patient comfort and trust. Strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens following protocols

• Provide excellent patient care with clear communication and safe practices

• Maintain documentation and uphold a clean, safe, and professional environment

• Support daily operations with accuracy and timeliness

• Represent the company positively to patients, clients, and the public

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Medical or phlebotomy training preferred (certification required in CA, NV, WA)

• Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months required; 1+ year phlebotomy preferred

  • Customer service and data entry experience preferred

• Skills:

  • Strong phlebotomy skills (including pediatric/geriatric)

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

  • Excellent communication, reliability, and punctuality

Additional Notes:

• Must have reliable personal transportation (no rideshare or public transit)

• Commute time must be realistic for punctual and consistent attendance

• Compensation based on direct, non-overlapping experience
