Job Summary:
The Data Specialist II position will provide data gathering, entry and abstraction support as well as other clerical and advanced reporting duties.

Essential Functions of the Role:

• Data gathering, validation, abstraction, and entry from suppliers to product catalog or upload template.
• Data gathering, validation, abstraction, and entry from third party data resources to product catalog or upload template.
• Data gathering, validation, abstraction, and entry from in person research to product catalog or upload template.
• Advanced quality audits of product catalog data.
• Advanced product catalog data reporting responsibilities.
• Custom reporting and distribution.
• Data entry and audits.
• Filing/scanning.
• Administration of product catalog related documentation.
• Administration and user support/training for product catalog related data gathering, validation, abstraction, and entry, as well as related documentation.

 
Key Success Factors:

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of pure data entry experience.
• Medical field experience preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
