Shift/Time Zone: Mon, Wed & Thur 8:00Am - 5:00PM, Tues 8:00Am - 7:00PM, Fri 8:00AM - 3:00PM

 Payrate: $24/hr on w2

Job Summary:

The PSR I serves as the frontline representative to patients, delivering high-quality phlebotomy services while ensuring a professional and compassionate environment. This role involves drawing blood specimens, preparing them for lab testing, and maintaining patient trust through skilled and safe procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy procedures accurately and efficiently, including pediatric and geriatric collections.

• Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis following established protocols.

• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment at all times.

• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and uphold patient confidentiality.

• Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive patient experience.

• Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements including weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.

Requirements:



Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Medical assistant or paramedic training (Preferred)

• Phlebotomy certification (Preferred; Required in CA, NV, WA)

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months phlebotomy experience (Required)

• 1+ years of experience in phlebotomy (Preferred)

• Customer service experience in retail or service setting (Preferred)

• Keyboard/data entry proficiency (Required)
