Phlebotomist / Patient Services Representative II
Location: Naples, FL
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST
Rotational Saturday: 6:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Duration: 4 months

Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable and experienced PSR II / Phlebotomist to join our team in Naples, FL. This role is the face of our patient services, responsible for drawing quality blood samples, processing specimens, and delivering excellent patient care in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection (adult, pediatric, geriatric)

• Verify patient ID and label accuracy

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

• Communicate clearly with patients and staff

• Follow all procedures, including documentation and safety protocols

Requirements:

• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience (PSC, pediatric, geriatric preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent (medical assistant or paramedic training a plus)

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

• Reliable transportation – must live within 20–25 mins of Naples, FL site

• Strong customer service and data entry skills

• Flexible to cover other locations or shifts as needed
