Job Title: Vascular Ultrasound Tech
Location: Gretna, LA 70056
Duration: 3 months+ with possible extension

Schedule: Days - 07:30 am to 4:00 pm
 
Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist required.
• Active ARRT or ARDMS certification required.
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) credential required.

• Performs diagnostic vascular ultrasound examinations to assist in the evaluation and diagnosis of vascular diseases and circulatory conditions.
• Utilizes Doppler ultrasound and other related techniques to assess blood flow in arteries and veins, producing high-quality images for interpretation by the physician.
• Maintains accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Maintains appropriate records as required by regulatory and accreditation agencies.
