Phlebotomist I
Job Title: Phlebotomist
Location: Stuart, FL
Duration: 5 months
Shift: M-F 7:00am -4:30pm with rotational Saturday 7:00a.m-2:00pm
Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the frontline representative for patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience. This role involves collecting quality blood specimens, preparing them for lab testing, and maintaining patient trust through clear communication and safe, accurate procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform blood draws and specimen collection (including pediatric and geriatric) with skill and precision.

Prepare specimens for lab testing per established protocols.

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.

Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Support a clean, safe, and professional work setting.

Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and adaptability to schedule changes (weekends, holidays, overtime as needed).
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA; preferred elsewhere.

Experience: Minimum 6 months required; 1+ year preferred. Prior retail or service-based customer service experience preferred. Must have strong data entry skills.
