Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform in an organized and timely manner
- Perform Cell Culture of Primary Cells and complete various Cell-Based Assays independently
- Perform high-throughput sample testing in an organized and timely manner
- Maintain excellent aseptic technique and ensure sterility/quality of cell culture and assay outcomes
- Work safely within BSL-2 laboratory environment
- Maintain electronic laboratory notebooks, prepare precise technical report summaries, any necessary analysis, and maintain appropriate documentation
- Basic Laboratory management, multitasking, and experimental troubleshooting
Minimum Background and Experience:
- Educational background: Master of Science degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline with emphasis in molecular and cell biology, immunology, or related disciplines, with three to five years of hands-on experience or PhD with zero to 2 years of Postdoc experience
- Training and experience with Cell Culture (Primary Cells isolation, Mammalian Cell Culture, flow cytometry, RNAi, etc) is a must-have
- Working knowledge of and/or skills in the cell biology field (pipetting, aseptic technique, preparing media, cell-based assay work, etc)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfort working within a fast-paced lab environment
- Ability to perform basic dilution and stoichiometric calculations
- Ability to work independently with ambiguity and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and good oral and written communication skills required
