Phlebotomist I
Job Title: Phlebotomist I / Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:45 AM–3:45 PM; Rotational Saturdays, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
Duration: 4 months
Location: Middleburg Heights, OH
Job Summary:
As a Patient Services Representative I, you are the frontline for patients, ensuring a professional and compassionate experience. Responsibilities include drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining accurate records—all while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring patient confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform blood draws and specimen processing with precision and care

Explain procedures and build trust with patients

Ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards

Maintain documentation and a clean, professional environment

Adapt to scheduling needs, including weekends and overtime
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, WA)

6+ months experience in phlebotomy or healthcare; customer service experience a plus

Strong data entry and phlebotomy skills, including pediatric/geriatric

Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment
