Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the Grants Analyst will perform advanced and complex grants management and analysis specifically focused on the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP). This role involves close collaboration with FEMA, Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA), and Strategic Technology Solutions (STS) to oversee and manage a portfolio of approximately 100 federal grant contracts annually.

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the Grants Analyst will perform advanced and complex grants management and analysis specifically focused on the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP). Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor grant contracts related to cybersecurity projects, including cybersecurity awareness training, CrowdStrike licensing, and direct cost reimbursement.
- Conduct sub-recipient monitoring to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
- Analyze proposals, ensure adherence to grant guidelines, and provide recommendations for approval.
- Coordinate with federal and state agencies to facilitate smooth grant administration and reporting.
