ENTRY Phlebotomist I

Location: Delray Beach, FL
Duration: 6+ Months (with potential for extension)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Rotational Weekends Required)

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Entry-Level Phlebotomist / Patient Services Representative (PSR I) to join our team in Delray Beach, FL. This front-facing role is ideal for individuals passionate about healthcare and eager to grow their skills in phlebotomy. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience while supporting clinical operations.

• Greet patients and assist with check-in using kiosks or tablets
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional waiting area
• Provide empathetic support and answer patient questions
• Learn and perform phlebotomy procedures during downtime or coverage needs
• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens accurately
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of patient information
• Support team during breaks and peak hours
• Maintain documentation and follow safety protocols

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Experience:
  • 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (Retail, Home Health, etc.)
  • Keyboard/data entry proficiency
  • No prior phlebotomy experience required—training provided
• Skills:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and perform phlebotomy
  • Reliable transportation (rideshare/bus not accepted)
  • Punctuality and full-shift availability are essential

• Candidates must live within a 20–25 minute commute of the worksite
• Excessive tardiness or absenteeism may result in termination
• This is a front-of-house role with phlebotomy training included
