Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Served as the primary point of contact for patients, fostering trust, confidence, and a professional environment during all interactions.

Performed phlebotomy on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric, ensuring safe, accurate, and skillful specimen collection.

Prepared and processed specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Verified patient demographic information and obtained required signatures post-venipuncture to ensure proper labeling and documentation.

Maintained accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated leadership behaviors, promoting process excellence, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all tasks.

Adapted to various work environments including physician offices, patient service centers, and other assigned locations as needed.
