We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Product Marketing to support Client Internationals Product and Marketing teams. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of product launches and sales enablement materials, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs. The ideal candidate will act as a central coordination hub across multiple stakeholders, including product marketing, sales enablement, digital teams, and external vendors.

• Lead end-to-end project management for product launches and sales enablement initiatives
• Develop and manage project timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Create, update, and manage sales enablement materials (PowerPoint, PDFs, job aids)
• Manage content lifecycle within Highspot, including uploading, tagging, and version control
• Ensure seller usability and adherence to content governance standards
• Support global product launches, including translation workflows and localization efforts
• Partner with Digital teams to ensure content accuracy across live links and downstream channels
• Act as the operational hub between internal teams and external vendors

• 69 years of relevant experience in project management, product marketing operations, or sales enablement
• Strong project management experience (PMP certification not required)
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from planning through rollout
• Experience supporting global initiatives and working with distributed teams

1. End-to-End Enablement Project Management

• Ownership of complex, cross-functional launch or enablement initiatives
• Strong ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders

2. Sales Enablement Content & Systems Expertise

• Hands-on experience creating and updating PowerPoint-based enablement materials
• Strong working knowledge of Highspot, including:
  • Content upload and tagging
  • Version control
  • Governance and usability

3. Global & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Experience supporting global launches with translation workflows
• Ability to collaborate across Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Digital teams, and vendors

• Must provide a screenshot of internet speed
• Ability to work EST hours and collaborate across global time zones
• Reliable remote work setup with a private workspace
