Shift: Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri 10am - 5pm , Wed - 9:30am - 2pm , rot Sat 9am - 2pm
Payrate: $25.00/ hr. on w2

Job Summary:

• The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients during routine care and life-defining health decisions.
• This role is responsible for collecting and processing blood specimens safely and accurately while creating a professional, trusting, and patient-focused environment.
• The PSR II demonstrates leadership behaviors, maintains confidentiality, and upholds process excellence standards.
• Assignments may include a doctor’s office, patient service center, or other locations based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Phlebotomy:

• Perform high-quality blood draws, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Conduct forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing per established procedures
• Explain procedures clearly to patients and ensure comfort, safety, and confidence
• Verify patient identity and demographics; obtain patient signature post-venipuncture to confirm correct tube labeling

Operational Duties:

• Complete daily activities accurately and on time under area supervisor direction
• Maintain required records and documentation
• Ensure specimens are prepared correctly for lab testing
• Work independently with minimal on-site supervision

• Adhere to company policies, dress code, health & safety standards, and confidentiality requirements

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience Requirements:

• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Scheduling & Travel Requirements:

• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
• Ability to travel and cover multiple Patient Service Centers or in-office locations with minimal notice
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable)
