Archivist Associate Short Term Project
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Duration: 36 Month Contract
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Additional Opportunities: Overtime available with potential shift flexibility
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals for a short-term Archivist Associate project. This role supports archival operations through data review, organization, storage, and management of study-related records and materials. Candidates will assist with compiling archived materials, boxing and preparing items for shipment or disposal, and maintaining accurate archive documentation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Assist with data review and compilation of archived materials

Organize, file, retrieve, and manage records, biological specimens, and study samples

Box, prepare, ship, and dispose of archived materials as needed
-
Maintain archive security procedures and ensure integrity of stored materials
-
Utilize archive management systems for indexing and tracking records
-
Support internal and external requests for archived study materials
-
Review departmental and study-specific data for compliance with SOPs, protocols, and regulatory standards
-
Identify and communicate any data discrepancies or issues to management
-
Perform documentation and archival tasks in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements

Complete additional related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience:

High School Diploma/GED or Associates Degree required

12 years of relevant experience preferred
Certification/Licensure:

None required
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels

Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Computer proficiency with the ability to learn validated systems

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Comfortable handling physical filing, boxing, and material management tasks
Interview Process

Onsite interviews with the hiring team

Group interview format with approximately 58 candidates at a time
