Job Title – Case Worker
Locations – New York, NY 10016
Initial Duration – 2+ months (with possible extension)
Shift Time- 9 am to 5 pm * 5 days in a week
Duties:
- Interviews, makes initial assessments & referrals.
- Manages cases of social service recipients.
Skills:
- One year experience
- Looking for candidates with experience in nursing home placements
- No active patient caseload focused exclusively on nursing home placements
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
