Shift/Time Zone:Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM || every 3rd Saturday 8:00AM-12:00PM at a nearby patient service center

Pay Range: $21/hr. on w2

Job Description:
The PSR I is responsible for drawing and preparing blood samples for lab testing, while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality. This role involves direct patient interaction, explaining procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation. The PSR I works under the area supervisor to meet daily goals and uphold a positive, professional image.

• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens.

• Ensure accurate records and timely completion of tasks.

• Foster a positive, patient-focused environment.

Requirements:

• Strong phlebotomy skills (pediatric and geriatric).

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime).

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA.

• 6+ months of experience (1+ year preferred) and customer service experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM; Every 3rd Saturday, 8 AM - 12 PM.
