IT Business Analyst (0-3 years)

Engages with business and functional partners to design, develop, and steward enterprise data, analytics, and KPI measurement capabilities that enable consistent, automated, and trusted performance insights. Serves as a critical bridge between data engineering teams and business analysts, ensuring that underlying data assets are transformed into well defined, standardized, and reusable metrics.
Leads the definition, standardization, and governance of KPIs and performance measures, translating business objectives into clear metric logic, dimensional models, and analytical outputs. Ensures KPIs are consistently defined, traceable to authoritative data sources, and implemented in a way that supports automation, scalability, and reuse across teams.
Partners closely with data engineering and platform teams to shape data models, transformation logic, and pipelines that support high quality, analytics ready datasets. Focuses on reducing manual reporting effort by enabling automated metric calculation, standardized semantic layers, and self service analytics for downstream users. Provides subject matter expertise in analytics engineering best practices, metric design, and performance measurement.
Analyzes and maintains reporting and measurement practices to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation. Collaborates across technical and analytical teams to promote reuse of data assets, KPI definitions, and analytics patterns. Evaluates analytics and measurement capabilities over time and recommends enhancements, rationalization, or retirement in alignment with the broader analytics roadmap.
