Position: Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist)
Location: Homestead, FL
Duration: 5 months
Shift: Mon–Fri 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Rotational Saturdays: 6:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Phlebotomist (PSR I) to join our team in Homestead, FL. This role involves direct patient interaction, quality blood collection, and specimen preparation following established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients

• Ensure specimen integrity and accurate labeling

• Maintain clean, professional work environment

• Deliver excellent customer service and patient care

• Follow confidentiality and compliance guidelines

• Complete daily tasks under minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience (REQUIRED due to high patient volume)

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Preferred: Medical Assistant or Paramedic training; phlebotomy certification (REQUIRED in CA, NV, WA)

• Skills: Strong phlebotomy skills, data entry, customer service

Other Details:

• Must live within 20–25 mins of site (reliable personal transportation required)

• Must list home city on resume

• Punctuality and full-shift availability are mandatory

• Excessive tardiness or absenteeism will result in termination
