Job Title: Surgical Technologist
Location Available: Troy, MI
Duration: 3 + Months – Contract (Possibilities of extension)
Schedule Notes: 3 pm – 11:30 pm
Weekend rotation: none
On Call: none
General / GYN / Trauma / Urology / Ortho - experience required

Functions:
- Provides sterile instruments and supplies during the surgical procedure.
- Performs surgical sponge, needle, and instrument counts.
- Prepares case tables with necessary equipment, sterile supplies, instruments, and medications/solutions for each surgical case.
- Assists in positioning patients for surgical procedures and maintains a protective position throughout the case.
Required Education:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent - Completion of an Accredited School of Surgical Technology.
- Certified Surgical Tech.
- BLS-AHA.
