Job Description Enterprise Project / Program Manager
Position Summary
This role is responsible for the coordination and successful completion of large enterprise-level projects and programs. The Project/Program Manager sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors project progress, and provides status updates to senior leadership.
The position oversees assistant project managers and project coordinators and ensures the successful planning, development, and implementation of large cross-functional initiatives aligned with enterprise strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management

Define, monitor, execute, and control assigned projects throughout the project development lifecycle.

Manage 23 assigned projects, including execution of effective change management processes.

Perform project coordination activities depending on project size and staffing.

Prepare and maintain all required project management documentation and deliverables.

Utilize company-approved AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve efficiency and quality of:

Project planning

Status reporting
-
Risk and issue analysis
-
Meeting summaries
-
Stakeholder communications
-

Ensure adherence to project management standards, processes, and lifecycle methodologies.

Facilitate procurement of necessary hardware, software, and human resources required for projects.

Manage project budgets as defined in the project charter or development methodology.

Work closely with project owners, stakeholders, and QA teams to maintain project quality.

Facilitate project communication across all levels, providing clear and timely updates.

Coordinate and manage internal and contracted project resources.
-
Track, report, and resolve project issues while developing risk mitigation and contingency plans.
-
Use AI-enabled insights and analysis to identify project risks and trends.
-
Support organizational growth and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with program or project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Supervise, mentor, and motivate assistant project managers and project coordinators.
Program Management Responsibilities

Perform project management activities at the program level.

Coordinate and monitor program schedules, pricing, and technical performance.

Assist with contract negotiations, amendments, and proposal development.

Ensure adherence to master project plans and schedules, providing overall program governance.

Communicate program scorecards and status updates to key stakeholders.

Develop solutions for program-level issues and challenges.
-
Direct the work of projects within the assigned program.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Act as an advisor to project managers regarding project strategy and operations.

Provide integration management for program issues, risks, and deliverables.
