Phlebotomist II
Job Title: Phlebotomist II
Duration: 3months (Possible extension)
Location: Richfield MN
Shift: 8:30am - 5pm Mon-Fri
Job Overview:

Acts as the face of the company to patients, whether visiting for routine health checks or significant health decisions.

Responsible for collecting high-quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing.

Maintains a professional, safe, and compassionate environment for patients.

Communicates procedures clearly, builds patient trust, and performs collections accurately and skillfully.

Demonstrates leadership behaviors, attention to process excellence, and respects confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily tasks accurately and on schedule under area supervisor’s direction.

Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens in line with established procedures.

Verify patient identification and confirm labeled specimens with the patient post-collection.

Maintain accurate documentation and required records.

Promote a positive company image to patients, clients, coworkers, and the public.

Demonstrate commitment to organizational values and policies.
Education:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED).
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
