Position Title: Manufacturing Technician – Special Projects
Location: Wilmington, NC 28405
Duration: 12+ months with possible extension

Job Obligations/Responsibilities:
- Initiate experiment starts in all plant areas
- Coordinate runs with operations
- Perform small equipment modification
- Experiment setup and run execution
- Manage experimental workflow for multiple PPD projects
- Support experimental downtime works as applicable
- Coordinate specialized measurements on canes, fiber, or blanks
- Assist with shipments of samples, canes, or blanks
Required skills:
- Ability to load, unload, and transport blanks on carts
- Attention to detail
- Ability to have flexibility in work assignments
- Self-motivated, proactive, and self-directed
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Desired skills:
- Team player and able to work with a broad range of people
- Understands and follows Client safety policies
- Skilled in Client equipment operation
- Interested in development and experimentation
- Products change and willing to share ideas
