Phlebotomist

Job Title: Phlebotomist
Location: Pheonix, AZ 85032
Duration: 3 months

Shift: Mon - Fri 8:00 – 5:00 pm
 
Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of autonomous venipuncture experience
• (School/externship experience not considered)
• Must be comfortable with blood draws as the primary job responsibility

 
Education / Training Requirements:
Candidates must meet at least one of the following:

• Graduated from a postsecondary Medical Assistant program accredited by:
• CAAHEP (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs)
• OR ABHES (Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools)
• OR Completed Medical Assistant training through any branch of the armed forces
• OR Hold a Medical Assistant certification from an organization accredited by:
• National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA)
• OR American National Standards Institute (ANSI)
• Arizona (Client) Medical Assistant Requirement

 
Must meet one of the following:

• Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program
• OR Military Medical Assistant training completed
• OR Certified Medical Assistant from an approved accrediting body
• (Must also have completed a Medical Assistant training program)
• Accepted Certifications (Active or Previously Active)
• AMCA – American Medical Certification Association
• AMT – American Medical Technologists
• AAMA – American Association of Medical Assistants
• NHA – National Healthcareer Association
• NCCT – National Center for Competency Testing
