Duties:
Client by is seeking professional, engaging Benefit Educators to support client benefit fairs and events. This oncall role is ideal for individuals who enProduct facetoface interaction and are comfortable representing a trusted pharmacy benefit services manager brand in public, clientfacing environments. This position is on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Benefit Educators serve as a knowledgeable, approachable presence at benefit fairs, helping individuals understand their pharmacy benefits, answer highlevel questions, and access appropriate resources.
Primary Job Locations - Up to 180-mile radius.
o Seattle, Washington
o Spokane, Washington
o Coeur dAlene, Idaho
o Post Falls, Idaho
o Portland, Oregon
o Salem, Oregon
Key Responsibilities
Deliver positive, informed member experiences by supporting individuals at client benefit fairs and events
Increase benefits awareness and engagement through proactive, professional attendee interactions
Build trust and confidence by answering highlevel pharmacy benefit questions and connecting attendees to appropriate resources
Support consistent, highquality event execution by sharing educational and promotional materials
Contribute to continuous improvement by completing required postevent feedback
Training & Preparation
Attend an annual Client training to build foundational knowledge of the organization, industry, and educator role
Participate in a 30-minute 1-hour accountspecific training session with the account team at least 48 hours prior to each assigned benefit fair
This training covers clientspecific plan details and key talking points to ensure educators feel prepared and supported
Work Requirements
Must reside locally within the assigned geographic area
Willingness to travel within the region; reliable transportation required
Availability on an asneeded basis, including occasional lastminute requests
Professional attire and demeanor required at all events
Education:
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Skills:
Skills
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort engaging individuals oneonone and in small group settings
Professional presence in clientfacing environments
Customer service or publicfacing experience preferred
Familiarity with benefits or insurance information is a plus
