Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced contractor to support the implementation and migration of existing digital scheduling workflows into our Scheduling Engine. This role will work closely with product leadership and serve as the point of contact for our developers within an Agile delivery model, helping translate product direction into actionable development work.
They will be responsible for evaluating existing workflows, documenting business logic and system dependencies, and developing plans for migrating these workflows into the Scheduling Engine. This role will also drive execution by translating requirements into user stories, managing backlog items, and partnering directly with developers to deliver implementations.
In addition, this role will help document new ways of working and create training materials to support internal teams adopting the Scheduling Engine.
Key Skills & Experience
Experience working as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid role supporting Agile development teams
Strong ability to translate complex workflows into clear user stories, backlog items, and development requirements
Expertise in process mapping, workflow documentation, and creating training materials for internal teams
Experience partnering closely with dev teams on delivery execution and sprint planning
Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across product, development, and partner teams
Experience with scheduling systems in healthcare (nice to have)
Location: Remote
