• MRT

• ARRT (MR)

• BLS (AHA Only)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year experience in an Acute Care Hospital

• Experience with Trauma, Stroke, and Anesthesia cases preferred

Job Summary:
Under the supervision of a Radiologist, the MRI Technologist performs MRI procedures on ambulatory and inpatient populations according to physician orders and established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI procedures following exam protocols

• Verify patient identity, review history, and ensure correct imaging studies

• Prepare and position patients appropriately for MRI procedures

• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding procedures

• Adhere to MRI safety, infection control, and hospital policies

• Maintain imaging equipment and report any operational issues

• Accurately document imaging studies in PACS/EMR systems

• Screen all individuals prior to entering MRI zones
