Job Title: Patient Care Tech
Location: Washington, DC 20032
Duration: 3 Months+ (possible extension)
Schedule: Day and Night shifts available (3x12-hour shifts)
Unit: Med Surg unit
Pay rate: $32/hr. on W2
Note: The candidate must reside at least 50 miles away from the facility, as it is a travel position.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) is required.
- Valid Patient Care Technician certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Job Summary:
- Our ideal candidate, who plays a pivotal role in providing quality care to patients, will be responsible for performing tasks such as taking vital signs and assisting with activities of daily living.
- The Patient Care Technician will work closely with the Registered Nurse or nursing team to ensure that all patient needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- By collaborating with the healthcare professionals, our candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of patient care protocols and assist in implementing treatments and interventions as directed by the nursing staff.
