Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (ET) + Rotating Saturdays, 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Duration: 2 Months

Overview:
Seeking a Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist) in Clermont, FL. This role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens, and providing excellent patient service in a professional and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality blood draws (clinical & forensic)

• Ensure accurate specimen handling and documentation

• Deliver patient-focused service while explaining procedures

• Maintain clean, safe, and professional work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Phlebotomy certification (Preferred; Required in CA, NV, WA)

• Medical assistant or paramedic training (Preferred)

• 6+ months phlebotomy experience required; 1+ year preferred

• Experience with pediatric & geriatric patients a plus

• Strong customer service and data entry skills

• Must live within 20–25 minutes of Clermont site (list city + commute time on resume)

• Personal, reliable transportation required (No Uber, Lyft, or public transit)

• Punctuality and full shift attendance are mandatory

Notes:

• Must be flexible for rotating Saturdays, holidays, overtime, and on-call as needed

• Pay rate based on verified direct phlebotomy experience only
