Job Title: Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Location: La Porte, TX
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 3+ months

Job Summary:
The PSR II is responsible for patient interaction, blood collection, and specimen preparation for lab testing, ensuring accuracy, safety, and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection
• Verify patient information and label specimens correctly
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication
• Follow safety, quality, and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification (preferred)
• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric and geriatric)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer/data entry skills

Preferred:

• Medical assistant or paramedic training
• Experience in a Patient Service Center setting
