Quality Control Technician
Job title- Quality Control Technician
Job location- Florence,KY
Job duration- 6 months
Shift: Monday – Friday

Training Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Regular Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Summary:
The Senior Quality Inspector is responsible for performing and reporting assessment testing on in-process or finished medical device products. This role involves evaluating test results, performing equipment maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing/DBS principles.
Top 3 Must-Haves:

Experience working in a diagnostic medical lab

Strong understanding of inspection/test methods and dimensional tolerances

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & basic statistical analysis
Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality assessments on product and materials
-
Evaluate compliance with quality documentation and specifications
-
Calibrate instruments and perform routine maintenance
-
Identify and communicate quality issues
-
Use complex inspection tools and follow detailed test methods
-
Enter results and work within multiple databases

Collaborate with the team on Lean/DBS process improvements
