Duration: 12 Months (High Possible for Extension)
Pay: $ 80/hr. on w2.

Description:
Lead the overall project across R&D, supply chain, quality and commercial aspects of the move of the Manufacturing sourcing from client MEU to the New EM in Mexico, Panovo. You will lead the coordination of manufacturing, product and packaging changes through effective project planning, execution, control, and a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned project through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within Product, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory.
Lead status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and issues.
Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
Apply project management best practices following client methodologies and frameworks.
Requirements:
5+ years experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
Advanced knowledge of project management processes and tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
PMP certificate and MS Project experience are a plus.
