Job Type: Contract 13 Weeks
Start Time: 8:00 AM
End Time: 5:00 PM
Years of Experience Required: 2 years (including 1 year of recent travel experience)
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team in Riverton, WY, for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will provide direct clinical care under the supervision of a Physician or Licensed Healthcare Provider and demonstrate expertise in both patient interaction and technical clinical tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in compliance with established healthcare protocols.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs.

Monitor, record, and report patient conditions using computerized documentation systems.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments including wound care and vital sign monitoring.

Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.

Accurately execute physician orders in a timely manner.
Facility Requirements

BLS Certification Must be current and issued by the American Heart Association.

Wyoming Medical Assistant License Must be valid and included with the resume submission.

Experience Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in a physician s office and 1 year of recent travel experience.
