Location – Concord, NC 28026
Duration -12 months+ (Possible Extension)
Job Description:
This role provides support in analyzing the capability of processes and activities, including tracking performance standards, conformity, and compliance. The individual will collaborate closely with project managers and project administrators to gather, analyze, and validate attribute and process-related statistical data in alignment with predefined internal client formats.
Key responsibilities include documenting and tracking deviations from standard processes, identifying root causes, developing corrective action plans, and monitoring closure activities. The role also supports governance efforts by capturing and publishing action items and meeting minutes from run-to-standard meetings, as well as assisting with document audits, updates, and the creation of new documentation as needed.

Education:
- Associate degree (2+ years of college) or 4-year degree highly preferred
- Science background preferred due to data analysis and process knowledge requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to support Process Quality Managers (PQMs) by preparing reports once data collection is completed
- Experience or access to ETQ Doc and CAPA systems
- Strong computer proficiency required
- Ability to perform manual and field-based activities, including visiting various departments (e.g., shipping) to collect information
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Technical writing skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision; proactively asks questions when clarification is needed
- Strong follow-through, communication, and accountability to ensure accurate completion of tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Power BI experience highly preferred
- Data analysis skills preferred
- Technically savvy with troubleshooting capabilities
- Comfortable using Outlook and standard business applications
- Not a desk-only role; requires frequent interaction with multiple departments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
