Job Title: Phlebotomist I
Location: Saint Augustine FL
Duration: 5 months will full possibility of extension
Shift: Mon-Fri 600a-300p. Mandatory Saturday rotation 7a-12p.

Job Overview
As a PSR I, you’re the first point of contact for patients. You’ll collect quality blood samples, prepare specimens for lab testing, and ensure a professional, safe, and supportive environment. You'll build trust with patients and perform phlebotomy procedures with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood specimens per established procedures

• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment

• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company positively

• Accurately document patient and specimen information

• Support confidentiality and patient privacy at all times

• Work efficiently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Medical or phlebotomy training preferred (certification required in CA, NV, WA)

• At least 6 months of experience (1+ year preferred)

• Strong phlebotomy skills (including pediatric and geriatric)

• Fast and accurate data entry skills

• Flexible schedule: must be available for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
