Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to Safety, Quality, and Delivery standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and meet production targets.
- Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Deliver constructive feedback and hold team members accountable for performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging process enhancement ideas.
- Work daily and weekend overtime as needed to meet production demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a collaborative environment.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make timely, effective decisions based on available information.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.
