Summary:

• The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting the organization.

Required:

• Two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably acute care/behavioral health hospital setting.
• Some college required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Skills:

• Must be able to maintain and handle confidential documents and information.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
