Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Associate
Location: Deerfield, IL
Duration: 12 Months
Shift: Standard Day Shift (M F)


Role Overview:
The Regulatory Affairs Associate will manage state licensing activities across the U.S. to ensure compliance for all distribution and service centers. This includes applying for new licenses, maintaining current licenses, monitoring regulatory changes, and supporting internal teams to uphold compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee state licensing processes across all U.S. regions.
  • Submit applications for new licenses and maintain renewals for existing ones.
  • Conduct routine audits and assessments to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • Develop strategies to improve and streamline licensing compliance efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (distribution/service centers) to support compliance.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of updates.
  • Maintain communication and professional relationships with state licensing authorities and third-party service providers.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to licensing status and compliance issues.


Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Healthcare, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or regional projects.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective time management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred:
  • Background in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience managing state licensing for a large organization.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. state licensing regulations and compliance needs.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, and Tableau.
