Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Project Managers plan, execute, and control a project or set of related projects adhering to the ***** Project Delivery Framework (PDF) methodology and other standards at a scale of up to $5M, and with up to 20 team members, with the objective to meet identified business requirements and deliver business value, through acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, risk, quality and benefits.
• This requires: Program and project delivery skills in both agile and waterfall methodologies including effective Change Control, Risk Management and Reporting, setting up and executing Project Governance, and managing Program Leadership and the wider Project Natural team.
• Domain knowledge and skills, such as Chemicals, Deepwater, Retail, Finance, Legal, HR, and Capital Project lines of business and functions.
• Technology skills, such as cloud, mobile, software-as-a-service, digital platforms, ERP, web-based application, networking, workplace productivity, compliance, or cybersecurity.
• Professional skills, such as leadership (by building and leveraging relationships with senior sponsors, the Program Manager, and key stakeholders particularly those in the governance of the project), communication and resilience (both of oneself, and by motivating, leading, and supporting the project or workstream team through periods of uncertainty, while managing pressure so that they can deliver successfully).

Mandatory Skills:

• PM certification
• Experience with Waterfall & Agile methodologies
• Background in Cloud, Mobile, SaaS, and Digital
• Strong Vendor Management and Governance experience
• Proven skills in Project Management, Scoping & Budgeting, Planning & Tracking, Assurance & Compliance, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management
• Solid Financial and Presentation skills
• Relevant domain knowledge

Preferred/Optional Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years managing increasingly complex projects (up to $5M and teams of 20)
• Strong communication and resilience
• Storytelling ability, entrepreneurial mindset

Description:
Implement digital Artificial Intelligence technology to identify deal entry anomalies that indicate potential data errors that can cause extensive downstream work and potential reputational damage.
