Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
Location: Hackensack, NJ
Duration: 3+ Months contract (Possibilities of Extension)

Shift: Evenings. (5x week). No weekends, No holidays, no on call. 
 
Note: Stipend is provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.
Pay Rate: $61 - $66/hr. on W2

Job Summary:
  • The Cardiovascular Tech I will assist physicians with all procedures, including Cardiac Catheterization, Angioplasty, Atherectomy, TEC, Rotablator, Valvuloplasty, Intra-vascular Ultrasound, Pulmonary Angiograms, Insertion of Intra-aortic balloon pumps and stents (including coronary and biliary) as well as acquiring the knowledge and skill to assist in the performance of all other procedures and new technologies which arise during the course of research and development of new means and products.

Requirement:
  • BLS – AHA
  • ARRT (VI)
  • CCI: RCIS
  • NJ State RT License
  • Must have 2 years prior experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory or invasive procedure area in an acute care hospital.
  • Familiarity with computers, hemodynamic monitoring, and sterile operative techniques.
