Phlebotomist I
Job Title: Phlebotomist I
Location: Sunrise, FL
Duration: 4 months
Shift: Monday- Friday- 6:00am-2:30pm and Saturday 6:30am- 11:00am
Overview:
The PSR I is the face of the company, responsible for collecting quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing. This role involves direct patient interaction, ensuring a safe, professional, and confidential environment while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform phlebotomy procedures with skill and accuracy (including pediatric/geriatric).

Prepare and process specimens following established protocols.

Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Provide exceptional customer service and explain procedures clearly.

Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, professional work environment.

Work independently and adapt to schedule changes, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Medical/paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, WA).

Minimum 6 months experience (1+ year preferred).

Strong keyboard/data entry skills.
