Provider Integration Specialist
Job Title: Provider Integration Specialist
Location: Norwood, OH 45212
Duration: 16 weeks
Shift/Schedule: 7AM3PM; 7AM5PM; or 9AM6PM (40 hrs/week, MondayFriday)
Pay Rate: $35 - $48/hour
Job Responsibilities:

Lead the integration of new providers into the TCHHN culture by coordinating with Medical Staff, operations, and service line leaders to ensure all items are ready for day one.

Collaborate with departments to manage provider moves, location additions, and transitions ensuring smooth onboarding and setup.

Oversee provider offboarding processes, ensuring benefit/retirement details are communicated and hardware/equipment is returned.

Manage multiple priorities efficiently, plan work schedules, and meet deadlines.

Lead project management and continuous improvement initiatives for provider onboarding and integration processes.

Develop a thorough understanding of departmental tasks and workflows related to integration.

Maintain strong relationships with process owners and identify improvement opportunities.

Ensure project goals are accomplished within timeline and Product.

Manage onboarding needs for new physicians and APPs from contract execution through day one.

Coordinate needs related to provider changes such as location transitions or departures.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of process improvement or project management experience in a healthcare environment.

Demonstrated knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.

Strong understanding of advanced performance improvement tools and methods.

Excellent organizational skills with experience leading direct and dotted-line relationships.

Strong collaborative leadership abilities.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect effectively internally and externally.

Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver key initiatives within time and budget.

Strong initiative, professionalism, flexibility, patience, and maturity.

High ethical standards and integrity.
Preferred Skills & Experience:

At least 2.5 years of experience involving significant physician interaction.
Education:
-
Required: Bachelors Degree in a related field.

Preferred: Masters Degree.
Certifications/Licensure:

None required.
Preferences:

Experience with physician onboarding.
-
Locum recruiter experience may be considered.
