This role has a slight possibility to go perm . This is a more of a support role and they will not be managing folks.
This role is 100% Onsite

Job Summary
The integration manager is primarily responsible to drive the integration of Client for the whole R&D Finance perimeter (Research, Development and R&D operations), at global and local levels:
Align financial methods and policies in line with Sanofi policies
Perform monthly closing activities not limited to journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis and budget development.
Support Client R&D teams learning and applying Sanofi ways of working and tools, including but not limited to the following activities:
o Convergence of clinical trial accrual methodology
o Support to time tracking implementation in Client
o Adjustment of workflows and Delegation of Authority to reflect the target organization
o Perform comparable exercises between pre-acquisition and post-acquisition cost bases
Provide ad-hoc support as needed

The position requires the ability to work with various partners, such as cost center manager, Corporate Finance, R&D FP&A, R&D operations, Project management, GBU, Business Development, and other relevant support functions.

Mandatory qualifications
BS in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent CPA/MBA preferred
5-7 years of experience in Business controlling or other relevant Corporate Finance function
Analytical skills, with good command of MS office skills and ability to perform detailed variance analyses and project costs reviews
Customer oriented behavior, willing to solve problems and reach out to business partners
Proactive and autonomous mindset

Preferred qualifications
Good understanding of R&D value chain and related costs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: ability to interact with Senior Executives and strategic partners
Ability to build and maintain reports and dashboards to be presented inside and outside the organization
Willingness to learn and develop a critical view on research and development activities in terms of planning and costs
Experience in alliance financial management is a plus
